At Sip Tequila, we strive for complete satisfaction with every premium selection; however, due to the nature of alcohol shipping regulations, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is retained to facilitate a smooth resolution process.
Document the Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the shipping box, the bottle, and the shipping label immediately upon arrival.
Contact Support
Send your order number and the supporting photos to our customer concierge team at support@siptequila.com to initiate a claim.
Review and Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a return shipping label or authorize a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
Resolution
Once the return is processed or the claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch your replacement shipment.
