Where do you ship your tequila products?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where local laws allow the direct shipment of spirits. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for all alcohol orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment center for packing and shipping, we are unable to process cancellations.
